Apple TV Box replaced, can’t log into my Amazon Prime Account

I have Apple TV purchased in 2020, so it’s an older model. The box had a problem and Apple just replaced it. I paired with the remote and was able to add my apps, except for Amazon Prime. The app store only offers “get,” and when I press on that, the only option is to sign in with my Apple ID email, which is not the id I use for Amazon Prime. How can I get to a place where I can add the email I use for Amazon? I had no problem with installing and identifying myself to Hulu and Netflix.

The App download is separate to the actual log in for the app.


Use your Apple ID to download it, and then log in with your Amazon account,once it is installed.
