I have downloaded the new Disney Game today sadly when I opened the it a screen appeared stating “this game isn’t compatible with this device. The game states “works with this device” and lists 9th Generation iPad On the game
Any advice appreciated oh……… and I’m running on the latest update
For a paid game use https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ to let Apple know and/or obtain a refund .
Alternatively use the link to the developer on the game's page in the app store to report the issue to them.
