How to share Books downloads from iPad to MacBook Air and iPhone.

On iPad, in Books, I purchased five books in the same category.

Four of the books also appear as purchased and accessible on iPhone and MacBook Air.

The fifth book still appears as a Sample on iPhone and MacBook Air.

It was not converted to purchased as were the other four books.

I have followed the instructions in Books on MacBook Air to set up authorization. The book was not authorized.

I have deleted the Samples from iPad and MacBook Air.

Instead of the purchased book replacing the Samples, the book now appears as an item that can be purchased.

Are there any other instructions for accessing the book as purchased on the iPhone and the MacBook Air.
