Accessory Not Supported When Connecting Via Bluetooth?

5 month old iPhone 14 Pro bought brand new. Currently on 17.1.2 and I stumped with an on going issue. I drive a 2022 VW MK8 GTI and every time I get into the car on startup immediately getting the notification pop up that “Accessory Is Not Supported”. I am able to dismiss the notification and it not come back and BT is used over CarPlay (Never set it up) with no issues but this is an every day occurrence for me and its becoming quite annoying. Anyone else have this issue and know a resolution? This started happening after updating to iOS17

I did find a solution. I unpaired and paired to the car again. I made sure not to select a device type in bluetooth settings for the bluetooth connection and never got the popup again. I played around and found when selecting a device type for the bluetooth connection it would immediately make the notification start popping up again.
