Is there any forum whereby users can communicate directly to Apple that an upgrade feature has been an epic fail?

It seems like a common theme that users really don’t like the latest upgrades to Books. Is there anyway we can en masse communicate this directly to Apple in the hopes that they might go back to the old version or at least something more like it?
