Unable to set Focus filters for Mail and Safari

Hi,

I recently noticed that when I try to set or modify a Focus filter for Mail and Safari in Settings on my iPhone, the interface would not work and will return some unknown error message when I click on the “Select” button. I have upgraded my devices to latest software and the issue is still not fixed. However, the same issue does not exist on my iPad, and all the options display correctly on there. Do anyone know how to solve the issue? I have tried reinstalling the Mail app and the issue is still not fixed.

P.S. I have a Focus filter in Mail that’s stuck in the state of always on, even if the Focus is not enabled. It still persists after I remove it in Settings.
