Sure. The Pages v13.2 file menu has an Export To and you can choose Word .docx (only) or other formats as exported document formats to either save locally, or using the Send a Copy button on the Export panel, automatically attach the exported document format to an email or message.
See: Export to Word, PDF, or another file format in Pages on Mac - Apple Support
Pages is not a Word clone and that means that it can open and translate a Word document to the internal Pages document format (.pages), and another translation is made for an export to Word. The translation process is not guaranteed by Apple for accuracy or even completion and the recipient opening your exported Word content in a Mac or Windows version of Word may not see the document in the same appearance as you do in Pages. Caveat Emptor.
Usually, when one is sharing Word documents between Mac and Windows Word users, the purchase of Word for the Mac is the least compromising solution. You can get a $30+ licensed copy of Office 2021 for Mac Home and Business from Google: Stack Social. You would need a Microsoft account during the purchase process. Although I have Pages installed, I also have that mentioned Office 2021 for Mac installed also at a great price.
