Issues with airpod pro

hello and thanks for all your help. I have issues with my airpods, they keep losing connections and cut off the music all the time. It is fully charged and it is also my apple iphone 12 is fully updated. I can never get the firmware updated updated and I need to make sure this is fixed or replaced before the warranty ends in January 2024

Airpod Pro not updating firmware after iOS18 I have installed latest iOS on my iPhone 14 Pro, and since then I am waiting for the firmware in my Air Pod Pro (Model # A2698) to update but it is not happening. I have looked it up on Youtube and other support sites and all of them recommend to connect the Airpods and leave then in the case with the lid open near the phone. Been doing that for last 2 days without luck. Anyone else facing similar problems?

AirPods firmware will not update to 8B21 I have the AirPod 4 (ANC) when I check my firmware it says that it’s on firmware 7B21 when it should be on 8b21. When I try to follow the steps to do the update it will not update for nothing. I did try to reconnect it for your device all that and it still won’t update.

Firmware for AirPod pro will not update Firmware for Airpod pros will not update. First time using them. Given to me as a gift. Yes, my iphone and ipad are up to date with SW. I have listened to music for at least 30 seconds with them and then disconnected and left charging for 30 minutes(more like several hours) near the phone without using them. And they have still not updated. Any suggestions. This pair is still under warranty. The other pair I have is out of warranty with the same situation. (They were given to my son as a gift). If you cannot get the firmware updated even when following all instructions you want to Contact - Official Apple Support to make a Genius Bar appointment to let them force load the firmware on to your AirPods.
