Shortcut automation on Mobile Data

Hi Team,

I am using iPhone 15 Pro max on 17.1.2 and wants to automate the process of completely turning off Wifi and Bluetooth after any device has been disconnected from my Personal hotspot. Also want the personal hotspot to be turned off once the device has been disconnected.

I have other automations which are working fine but i couldn't get any options to do this.

I would really appreciate if anyone could assist me on this
