Hello' I got the videos qpp on my iPhone 10 and was not downloading and seemed to be appearing with this message at the top saying this app requires specific features not available on this device.

The Videos App was discontinued many years ago. It was replaced with the TV App since iOS 10.
The download is only available for old iOS versions.
You cannot download the Videos App on an iPhone running iOS 16, and any thing you need from the Videos App should be accessible in the TV App

Download the videos app and then turn on "App Downloads".
