Transferring playlists from IPod Touch/IPod Classic to new Dell Computer with Windows 11.

Every time I attempt to sync my I Tunes library from either of the aforementioned IPods to my new Dell computer with Windows 11; it syncs everything but my playlists. I never had this issue in the past and have the most current version of ITunes in my new dell computer and both I PODS ARE RUNNING ON THE MOST CURRENT VERSION.

Will I need to just create all these playlists in the playlist folder of my new computer to get the handshake better set up to allow for the playlists to move over?

All the songs, genres, albums, artists always transfer but my compiled playlists don't. I have over 112 playlists.

Thanks in advance for any assistance the community can give.

Windows, Windows 10
