Change the name of mirroring streaming device

I have a knock off chromecast, connected to a ceiling mounted projector, for sewing patterns. I cannot easily reach it. I select it on my iPad, by swiping from the corner and using screen mirroring. It works quite well. I’d REALLY like to change its name, but cannot figure out how. I’ve searched and searched, but nothing seems to match my devices!

The streaming device just hangs up there. It doesn’t seem to have anything I can select to talk to. It came with no apps, it just wirelessly hooks the projector to my iPad.
