I have been able to pair them with all my iPhones and pads, but when I try to pair them with my MacBook air, they are not seen. I have tried over and over and over and over and over again!

I went on the Rexon website and learned that you can pair them if you have the M2 MacBook, but you have to make sure your iPhone or anything else that they’re paired with is turned off when you are trying to pair them. Once I turned off my iPhone, I could pair them, I hope this helps you.

I have Rexton hearing aids as well and had some problems pairing. I suggest that you contact Rexton support, they helped me good when I had issues. I cannot pair them to my Mac as I have a M1 Mac so I don't have any hands on experience with that. Pairing hearing aids to a Mac requires a M2 chip or newer

Contact the makers of the hearing aids to see if they have that capability or if they need a driver installed.
