will adobe premiere pro run smoothly at a full performance on a macbook pro with a m2 or m3 chip?

I’m planing to purchase a macbook pro with m2 or m3 chip for video editing but I prefer to use premiere pro instead of final cut pro. But I am unsure if premiere pro would work at it’s best on a macbook pro, please let me know if you have the answer! Thank you!

Will the Mac mini m2 pro work with the apple 27” led Cinema Display intel iris 1536MB? Will the Mac mini pro connect and work with the apple led Cinema Display intel iris 1536MB? Will it work with Ventura? I would be using this primarily for video editing on premiere pro.

You need at least 32GB RAM, 4GB GPU, M2 or M3 Max or Pro MacBook Pro.
