Please check again: Settings>General>About>Model Number... DOUBLE tap there.

Second tap should show and "Axxxx" code, where xxxx are four numbers.

iPhone 13 Pro model numbers:

A2483 (United States), A2636 (Canada, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia), A2639 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A2640 (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), A2638 (other countries and regions).

Using an iPhone A2638 (which supports eSIMs), if you're sure that:

• Your iPhone is not remotely controlled by a company/institute
• You don't have restrictions enabled in ScreenTime

I suggest that you contact your cellular carrier and ask them.
