i dont have esim on my iphone 14 pro max model number is A2896-MQ8A3ZA/A. singapore and i live in Azerbaijan

That device was originally sold in Mainland China. It does not contain an eSIM. It can accept two physical Nano-SIMs.

Esim not an option on iphone 14 pro max When I go to celular, the “add esim” option is not there. I had it on my iphone 11, this phone is from a location supports esim but it doesn’t have it. Does anyone know a fix to this?

That is correct, that model does not have eSIM.
