Shazam not working from control centre

Hey everyone, hopefully someone can help me with a few things:

I use Shazam from the control centre for quick access and always get a banner notification with the song that I check at a later stage, however, I have never been able to see the songs by doing it this way if I go in the Shazam app and check all my shazams. The only way to go through the songs is if I click straight on the notification and then save it to my playlist.

It's been a few days since the control centre option stopped working, I get the song recognised but no notification to go through at a later stage and when I check the Shazam list, it's not there either. I tried activating syn to my Spotify and it's not working either.

I'd like to be able to Shazam songs and check them when I'm available, either by notifications or inside the app, or ideally get the sync going to save all the time. Does anyone know anything that could be helpful?
