Apple Watch Update
Apple screwed up a good thing with the latest Apple watch update. You can't simply scroll down to the flashlight, find a phone, etc. Please correct this major mistake and reinstate the previous shortcuts.

The Control Center has moved to the flat oval side button (see picture)
Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support
A quick press and release will bring up the Control Center, where you will find all the services you had with a swipe up.
DO NOT hold the button, as that brings up the Emergency Services display.
If you have problems with the quick press and release timing, play with Settings-> Accessibility-> Side Button Click Speed (you will need to scroll a bit to find it)
