Just installed latest update on Apple Watch. Everything I routinely use at swipe up - primarily Ping my iPhone (!) and focus - no longer exists. Anyone know how I can get them back? Why must they mess with a perfectly good thing ? Aaarrrggghhh!

watchOS 10 uses the side button to open the control center display.
press the side button to open the control panel, and press again to close.
