iPhone 11 pro camera won't focus anymore

Till a few weeks ago my camera from my iPhone 11 pro worked perfectly. But suddenly I tried to scan a QR code on my laptop screen and it wasn't able to focus on the screen. So I found out there is a major problem with 1x zoom and higher, the camera isn't able anymore to focus on items consistently. Tap to focus doesn't work anymore too. But using 0,5x zoom still works to get a focused image. Here are the things I already tried:

• Cleaning the lens
• Restarting the iPhone
• Resetting the settings
• Resetting my entire iPhone

None of them worked. Yet, the problem still occurs. How can this be solved and how is it caused?
