Synching apple calendar with Google calendar

My wife and I both have iPhones. My wife uses Apple Calendar only on her iPhone, I use Google calendar on my iPhone and PC. She can see my calendar items, I cannot see hers. Any thoughts on how we can synchronize both ways? Thanks!!
