how can I sync my MacBook calendar with iPhone

I have my business email calendar on my MacBook and I would like to see the same calendar on my iPhone, only a calendar.
Can you help me please?

You can use iCloud to sync calendars if your business email calendar is set up with iCloud. To achieve this, please enable iCloud calendar on your Mac and iPhone both.
On your Mac: Go to System Settings, click on your Apple ID, choose iCloud. Make sure Calendar is in the list of "Apps using iCloud".
On your iPhone: Mostly the same process. Open Settings, click on your Apple ID, choose iCloud. Make sure Calendar is the in the list of "Apps using iCloud".
If your business email calendar is hosted on services like Google, Exchange, etc. you can also use the accounts in Calendar, and access all your calendars and events in one place.
On your Mac: In the Calendar app, choose Calendar > Add Account. Select your calendar account provider, click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions.
On your iPhone: Go to Settings > Calendar > Accounts > Add Account. Then, Tap a mail service and sign in.
