You need the official WhatsApp to use this account

I am currently using iPhone 15 Pro Max Unlocked and somehow WhatsApp fails to verify the integrity of the app even when it's downloaded from the Apple App Store. I have tried going to their website, which again takes me to the App Store, and no matter how many times I reset my phone, it still gives he same error when I try to register my number, or when I try to move my WhatsApp data from Android to iPhone.

Problems registering WhatsApp - on a loop I’m having a problem downloading Whatsapp since I renewed (same number and carrier) the Sim in my iPhone. WhatsApp asks me to re-register so I deleted the old app and downloaded a new version but I’m stuck in a Loop. Problem installing Whatsapp on new iPhone I have downloaded the App from the App Store on a new iPhone. When I open the App, the Welcome screen asks me to read the Privacy Policy and tap "Agree & continue" to accept the Terms of Service. However, when I go to the Privacy Policy there is no option to Agree & continue. I have contacted Whatsapp support & they say they are aware of an ongoing issue and are working to resolve it as soon as possible. I find it hard to believe that such an issue would not be fixed almost immediately. Has anybody else encountered such an issue?
