Mac doesn't Lock Screen due to inactivity

I noticed recently after updating to Sonoma 14.1.2 that my MacBook Pro doesn't Lock Screen due to inactivity, even after setting it to Lock Screen after 1minute of inactivity, it still doesn't Lock. how can I fix?

Screen locked up while browsing accessory parts on MacBook Pro While looking up accessory parts for my truck my screen locked up. I tried another site and it became part of the problem. I restarted my PC, it seems to be working now.
