Mac Studio M2 - Inrush current when waking up

When the Mac Studio M2 has been put to sleep for a few minutes and then waked up, the UPS shows that the power draw goes up to 40 Watts for a split second and then goes down rapidly to the normal idle wattage of the Mac Studio. This makes the lights in the room flicker for a split second almost every time, similar to what an 300W power supply on a standard computer would do when the rocker switch is initially flipped to the On position.

Compared to other mac computers, when they waked up from sleep mode, the wattage consumption goes up slowly, without an initial peak in wattage.

Is that sudden peak in wattage normal when the Mac Studio M2 is turned on or waked up from sleep mode?

When the Mac Studio is in sleep mode, the UPS records between 0 and 1 Watt.

Wake-on network access is disabled.

Everything else works fine, no particular current draw when in use.
