Why is my camera has the unknown part notification mark on
I have an unknown part exclamation mark on my camera settings I’m trying to figure out how to fix that

I as assuming that the camera is original and has not been replaced.
It is not possible for you to "fix" this on your own. The "unknown" message indicates that there is a potential problem with the camera.
Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to let them run some diagnostics.
