Can anyone recommend a "Date Capable" alarm app for iPhone?

I need a date capable alarm app that will take over the whole screen, like Apples "clock" app does. While I know "Calendar" does this, its alert is small and gets lost in the sea of other alerts for my son. He's ADHD, so it's all too much for him. I need an app that takes over the whole screen face, so he literally has to see it and acknowledge it. The clock alarm works great for weekly and daily appointments, but you cannot do an item that repeats monthly. Thanks in advance.

I have been working my way through hate various apps. I tried Calarm, but again, it seems to only send an "alert", not an "alert" that stays on screen until it is acknowledged. Thank you though for the consideration.

You might also try playing with Settings>Notifications for whatever app you're looking at. You want to make sure the notifications are set to Banner Style>Persistent.

Also, looked at Alarmed by Yoctoville. It has settings to make it VERY persistent.

But, it sounds as if what your looking for is something that takes over the entire screen with the notification. I just don't think that's possible.

An alarm that can be set for next month on a particular day/date. "Clock" only allows for weekly/daily entries. "Calendar" does what I need, but has a very poor notification when the event does come up. I need a notification that grabs the phones whole screen, and basically takes over until the event is acknowledged, like you will get from a "Clock" alarm going off. I am working with a young child with ADHD.
