Change my iPhone time.

I can't change my time to AM or PM!!!

My phone time set to 24 hours and I can't change to AM or PM!! When I go to settings and go to time and data, turn off 24 hours but don't change to AM or PM!!

changing time on iPhone My iPhone will not let me change the time. The set automatically will not let me turn it off. I live in Arizona and it shows California daylight saving time.
