Change my iPhone time.

I can't change my time to AM or PM!!!

My phone time set to 24 hours and I can't change to AM or PM!! When I go to settings and go to time and data, turn off 24 hours but don't change to AM or PM!!

Change date & time to manually I'm not able to change my time manually. The setting to turn off "set automatically" is disabled. It says that the time zone can not be set manually due to device restrictions. However, just bought a new phone and the problem still occurs. Does anybody knows how to solve this?

My phone is 12pro and ios 17.2
