When receiving a video from Facebook Messenger the video tries to load on my MacBook Pro but will not load. Same video loads fine on my iPhone and my iPAD. Actually the video may appear later as if it took a long time to load. And working with Adobe Premiere Elements is very slow. Almost unusable.
