may be water damage?

Hey guys, so my previous question of the same thing can’t be seen under my subscriptions so i’m here to ask again but recently i dropped my phone in just a tiny puddle of water and all of a sudden my screen is glitched, my screen is inverted, there are these very faint glitch line, a lot of screen retention is there and all of a sudden the edges of my screen are like faded and then in the middle of my screen is like a dark hue, this has happened beforehand but usually it went back to normal after reg use after like 5-10 mins with a little screen retention there but after the ios 17 update, it disappeared, well to state again, i dropped my phone in a tiny puddle of water again and it returned but it’s a lot worse now and it won’t go back to normal after reg use and it actually becomes a lot grainier, darker, blurrier and everything is harder to read.

I'm not suggesting you panic. I'm suggesting you do the only reasonable thing when you have a hardware issue: contact Apple and have them run diagnostics.

Best of luck.

ALSO i’d like to mention, the colors kinda came back to normal, the fade around the edges and the very dark center in the screen is still there but the dark hue in the middle has spread more and the faded edges are still visible but almost gone, and a lot of the faint glitchy lines are kinda gone but the some of the colors on my screen are kinda inverted back to normal but still inverted on a lot of other things like my photos of people, and the colors are very and i mean VERY saturated. screen retention is still there but other than that, i can read my screen a little better now but the saturation is extremely heavy and quite dark. like for reference it looks like those obnoxious 2020-2021 tiktok edits that you would see on the “alt side” if yall get what i mean.
