May need a little more background:

  • Do you have any affiliation with Carrier Zone, is it your email provider?
  • Do you have any AntiVirus installed?
  • Do you have any Cleaner apps, such as CleanMyMac?
  • Is it affecting only one of your accounts and you have others that work fine?
  • Are you using the Apple Mail program or Outlook?
  • Does this only affect emails sent to a Carrier Zone email account?

The usual solution for email problems is to delete your email account and add it back in. It is possible you may lose some emails if they are not stored on the Mail server.

Carrier Zone does provide email servers for some ISP's, but there is very little information on the email settings required for set up. You may be able to find more information with your Internet Service Provider such as the Port Numbers. There have been some reports where users saw this message and then after a day returned to normal. This is usually a case of a certificate that expires and the company is late in renewing it.

Other users have reported that Carrier Zone does not support TLS/SSL which is the encryption protocol that requires the certificates for authentication. This would be unlikely, as this is a basic protocol used to prevent Spam.

With a little more information, we may be able to provide a more direct answer.
