I used to be able to create new contact from a text, now I can’t? Seems like I lost that in the last update? That’s a really important feature. What to do?

You can still create a contact from a received text number. Open Messages and then tap on the number that you want to add as a contact. Then tap on “i” and then Create a New Contact.

That doesn't work for me. I understand you need to hit Info, but once I do, the Create New Contact is still missing.
It doesn't give me the option to update it. It just says my iOS is up to date.
I tried that and it doesn't work either. I can create a contact from a phone call but not a text.
