Iphone 15 Pro Max - screen unresponsive and iTunes does not recognize DFU mode

Hi,

After an update (ios 17.1.x) two nights ago my screen has been unresponsive and even charging the batter does not work (wired). I have tried the force restart multiple times but the screen still remains unresponsive. I have also attempted to put the device in DFU more and iTunes does not even recognize the phone. At this point I am at a loss as I have pictures from multiple weddings these past two weeks and they have not been backed up. Is there any way to (1) get the phone working again or (2) atleast a method to have my photos backed up?

Tried Options:

  1. Force restart
  2. clean charging port and new charging cable
  3. removed screen protector
  4. wireless charging -- WORKS

Thank you.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch, then tap Haptic Touch or 3D & Haptic Touch. Choose the touch duration—Fast or Slow. On an iPhone with 3D Touch, you can also choose the pressure needed—Light, Medium, or Firm. Test your new settings on the image at the bottom of the screen.
