Outgoing email on both no longer works after upgrading to iOS 17.2.
My outgoing email on both my iPhone and iPad no longer works after upgrading them to iOS 17.2. Why. I am NOT set up with Imap DELIBERATELY because I DO NOT want reading/deleting emails to affect my emails on the server AT ALL. Setting them up with POP email is very difficult on both (steps must be taken to bypass what Apples THINKS will be best for you - but it WILL NOT). Both worked just fine on 17.1.2. One of the many reasons to absolutely HATE Apple periodically.
