Messenger error /can’t view any attachments-pics

Hi there

I have an iPhone and for some reason today I can’t view any pictures people are sending in messenger, and people can’t see the pics I am sending them. I get the following error when I try to click on the pic (no preview in the messenger chat anymore… Just a box where the pic should be ) “This media is no longer available”. I’ve rebooted twice. Help please !!! I have an iPhone 11 iOS version is 17.1.2

Why is it only AFTER an update that pics suddenly aren’t supported? This isn’t good enough! After the latest update my iPhone 13 Pro has started saying “the media is no longer available” with all my pics that I send and receive through Facebook messenger. I haven’t tried other platforms as yet, but I believe it is only messenger.

Problem with receiving Viber media I have problem with receiving pictures, videos and voice messages via Viber on my iPhone 14. Most of pics and videos couldn’t be opened and on voice messages play button never shows. In WhatsApp everything works perfect. Did anyone had this kind of problem too?
