The MacBook m2 pro turns on a second after it is turned off

The MacBook m2 pro turns on a second after it is turned off. That is, it's as if I didn't press the "turn off" button, but the reboot button. This happens both when the lid is closed and when the lid is open. Only if you turn off the computer forcibly (by pressing the power button for a long time), it turns off. I reinstalled the system completely - it doesn't help.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 14.2
