Apple ID deactivated

Hello I have recently switched to Apple and my phone keeps on getting my Apple ID deactivated and it is annoying I am thinking about going back to Android as I keep getting these problems so if I could get help on this that would be great also like when I go to download an app or update 1 it days that your Apple ID has been deactivated so is there anyway I could get it reactivated because I just keep having problems like this.
