Copy/Paste Photo Edits Not Pasting Exact Edits

Since updating to ios17, pasting copied photo edits has not worked correctly. It will paste similar edits, but not the exact edits from the copied photo. For example, if I edit exposure +20, brightness +10, and warmth -15 for a photo, copy those edits, and paste to another photo... the edits on the pasted photo are exposure +5, brightness +7, and warmth -50.

I don't know if this is some sort of "smart" feature, but I would like my exact edits pasted. Is there a way to turn this off? Has anyone else noticed this?

When I am copying and pasting adjustments on iOS 17, it is working well, as long as the image where I impacting the adjustments does not yet have adjustments. If the image already has adjustments, the pasted adjustments are not replacing the previous adjustments, but they are merged. we would have to remove the previous adjustments before pasting new adjustments to get the adjustments exactly as pasted.
