Can't find mac's profile picture in Photos or Finder

While setting up a new mac, I took a photo with my Mac (Pro M2 Pro) to set an administrator account. The picture came out pretty good but I can't find it anywhere. Is it even accessible?

FWIW my profile pic seems to be at ~/Library/Caches/AAProfilePicture_[...].png

The picture there is my icloud picture. But the picture I'm searching for is my admin profile.

Anyway sometimes when I go to system preferences, it still shows the icloud picture (which was also as the suggested AAProfilePicture...). The only place where it stays consistently is my lock screen.
