I bought extra storage for my phone and but can't use the subscription because it's with another email.

I don't believe that's possible. You might try requesting a refund and then rebuying it on the correct account, though I'm not sure if the funds would be refunded to the gift card or credited to your account - Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
