Whenever I have to use the keypad to enter a number in an automated menu system, it doubles the numbers. For example, if I am prompted to enter 2 for Billing, it enters 22 and I get an invalid selection message. iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17.1.2.
it’s extremely frustrating, especially when I try to contact my doctor’s office or other systems that use automated menus.
can this be fixed or is it time to move to Android?
I am having the exact same issue. I was unable to access my doctor office’s automatic selection yesterday and again with my health insurance carrier today. Example: I select “1” to schedule an appointment; it tells me there “is no extension 11”. No matter how many times I try I always get the same result. Exact same scenario today with my health insurance carrier. I am using an iPhone 14 Plus.
