There’s no info symbol next to it, and I can’t tell it to forget it either.
i never noticed it until maybe a week or two ago. I thought it was like a Bluetooth speaker, but it still shows as connected wherever I go. When I turn off Bluetooth it goes away, but comes back when I re-enable it.
I tried googling it, but I get a lot of different devices it’s just so odd

Appears to be a diabetes sensor from ABBOTT. It looks to have been added from an App rather than through Bluetooth settings, thus the lack of an (i) information option.

Do you perhaps have a new medical device? A glucose monitoring device?
The fact that it has no means to “forget” usually indicates that it has been added via an App.
Ahhh yes! I do have a libre external glucose sensor. I’ve never seen it before until now. I wonder if it was a change of how iOS uses medical equipment?
