Display turning on when Mac is asleep

I have a Mac Studio with a LG UltraGear QHD 34-Inch Curved Gaming Monitor 34GP83A-B. When my Mac goes to sleep the monitor will turn on and off with a message. How to I make my monitor stay asleep with my Mac?

Mac mini/Lg monitor Issue I recently bought a new Mac mini with MI chip and High Sierra OS. With the package from Apple, I bought a LG 24MD4KL monitor. When the monitor goes to sleep after about 10 minutes of non-use, the display will not come on when I click the mouse or press return. I have to unplug the monitor and plug it back in to get the monitor to come back on. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Monitor not waking up from sleep M2 Mac mini Ventura 13.3.1 I am using a M2 Mac mini running Ventura 13.3.1 connected to an HP w2207 monitor via a hdmi to dvi d cable. The monitor is usually kept in sleep mode. When I boot up the mac mini the monitor refuses to wake up. I then have to switch off and switch on the monitor for the display to come on. The same isse happens when I restart the mac mini. My 2009 mac mini however works perfectly connected on the same cable via display port. Any suggestions to sort out this issue would be very welcome. Thanks.

That message is generated inside your display. You Mac is not involved.
