iPhone 14 doesn't have option to install iOS 16.7.3

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max running iOS 16.7.2. I can't upgrade to iOS 17 because my company's IT department hasn't approved it yet. I've seen the announcement for iOS 16.7.3 but when I look under Software Update I just the see option to install iOS 17. I've scrolled to the bottom where I usually see the option to install additional software but there's nothing (see attached screen shot). I have over 400GB of free space. I've also tried to plug the phone into my Macbook and install there but again I just get the option to install iOS 17. The same behavior is happening on my iPad runing iPadOS 16.7.2 so I suspect fixing one will fix the other. Appreciate any suggestions.
