Deleting iCloud Backups
I just recently restored from backup from my iPhone 12 and now I need to backup my iPhone 15. If I delete the backup that I restored from will I lose anything?

Deleting a backup of a device from iCloud won't delete anything but that backup. If you've already used the backup to setup a new phone and now want to free that space on iCloud you won't lose anything.
