If I delete old iPhone backup from iCloud will it free up some space?
I have an old phone backup and it takes all the usage already if I delete the old back up is it cause anything

If you delete a backup of an old iPhone that you no longer have it will free up space on iCloud and will not remove anything from your current iPhone. Just don't delete the backup before you have used it to setup your new iPhone.
To delete the backup, go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Account Storage > Backups > [old phone name] > Delete Backup.
