Pages does not save the page setup, causing prints with incorrect format.
To reproduce the bug:
Open Pages, then: File menu -> Page Setup... -> Paper Size: Envelope #10
Click OK.
Reopen the page setup dialog. The paper size was not saved, and it's back to the previous setting.

That Envelope #10 is a paper size included with Pages and accessible on a per document basis from the Document panel : Paper Size selector. Once selected, the document appears as a portrait #10 envelope and when saved, retains that format both in Finder icon, Quick Look, or by reopening in Pages.

If you want #10 Envelope as the default printer, you can set that in System Settings. You can always change it to a different size when needed.
