I keep receiving these texts and I’m pretty certain it’s a scam and I should just report as junk, but before I do so, I wanted to see if anyone knew anything about these texts. It reads: “Apple ID Verification : Please visit signin.reactive1online.***/icloud to avoid interruption service.”

The whois data for what is the domain likely being referenced here was created today.
That's not usually a good sign.
I’ve been receiving similar text messages from a (289) area code. It appears to be a phishing scam. Do not click on the link or provide any personal details.
It’s a lot scam artist(as I call scumbags) out there stealing so they can get their kids Christmas presents
