My iPhone 12 won’t let me turn on wifi. Can anyone tell me why?

You have performed all of the tasks that are necessary to troubleshoot the issue that you are having. You may have a failed Wi-Fi module. I recommend that you contact 👉 Official Apple Support OR you can always get your iPhone examined at the Apple Store 👉 Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and evaluation.

For Wi-Fi.....can you move the slider to"On" and nothing happens.....or....is the setting greyed out so you can't do anything with it.?

How about the setting for Bluetooth? Can you move the slider to "on" or "off"......or.....is the setting greyed out so you can't do anything with it?
